By purchasing a lamp you agree that Treeline Designs, LLC shall not be held responsible for any damage seen or unforeseen problems resulting in lamp malfunction. This includes but is not limited to, electrical fire, electrical shortage, and cuts or abrasions from sharp edges. These lamps are not toys and therefore not recommended for children under the age of 14. No repair of any kind or disassembly are required nor authorized.
Returns:
You may return any lamp you purchase for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Provided it is still in the same condition as originally shipped and there is no evidence of tampering/reverse engineering.
Copyright:
You agree not to duplicate nor reverse engineer any purchase from Treeline Designs, LLC.
Warranty & Repairs:
All lamps come with a one year warranty for workmanship and other defects. If your purchase has trouble outside the warranty period, we certainly back our designs and will repair your purchase if necessary at a reasonable cost.
Shipping:
Each lamp is carefully packaged and insured for shipping. The price of the lamp includes free shipping within the continental United States.
